Me and my housemates had tried for ages to find a decent house , we tried all the other agents as well, but ended up with what we wanted through space. I can honestly say that the service was the best out the lot and would hope to let again through them if we finally get ourselves organised to start looking again. customer service first class very friendly, honest and helpful, watch out for some of the other letting agents we had a horrendous time looking through cintra last year !!!! signed our mates up for a house that they had already let and they had to take a crap house just so they had somewhere to live. space have had everything to do with the house sorted within hours of reporting it, Thanks to all the guys and girls.

I greatly appreciated the help that was given to us by Space, for finding a property and for dealing with our requests quickly and effectively. Their team is friendly and patient. During the two years that we were living on Grange (as students) our service never declined and any issues were usually resolved within 24 hours. I recall a time when I accidently broke my shelving (too many books!), and the damage was immediately fixed with no charges whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I rented a house with Space just over a year ago and found their communication and timing to be extremely efficient. This year, I needed to move into a bigger house for my family and Space were very quick to find me the right house. Their efficiency had not deteriorated over the past year.
